Description
REGALIA is a celebration piece. Emerging from a sculpted bubble base, an extravagant explosion of black iridescent feathers bursts forth in a freeform arrangement. Hat is about 24″ diameter and 15″ high. The plumes dance in the air with every turn of the wearer’s head. Scattered generously throughout the design are shimmering sequins. A delicate face veil drapes softly to complete the silhouette.
REGALIA is finished with an adjustable sweatband that provides comfort, stability, and a secure fit.
